Louise Lachmann is a General Partner at Ugly Duckling Ventures. Ugly Duckling invests in Nordic B2B software and technology companies at pre-seed and seed, with a public first-ticket range of €100,000 to €1,500,000 and a sector focus that includes Medtech, Resilience Tech, and Business Services software. Lachmann’s operating background is unusually strong for an early-stage partner: she was CEO and co-founder of Mono Solutions, a B2B SaaS company serving more than 500,000 SMEs across Europe and North America, and the company was acquired by Bauer Media Group in 2019. She also serves as Chair of the Danish Foundation for Entrepreneurship.
