Lorenzo Esparza is the Chief Executive Officer and Founding Principal of Manhattan West, a Los Angeles–based global strategic investment firm focused on private wealth and alternative investments. Through Manhattan West’s private equity, venture capital, real estate and private credit vehicles, he is involved in backing companies from roughly Seed to Series B, particularly in Web3/blockchain, crypto, entertainment & sports, media/content and real estate/proptech, typically in the $250K to $5M range. Before launching Manhattan West in 2016, he worked in financial services at AllianceBernstein and JP Morgan Securities, following earlier experience in business and legal affairs at Paramount Pictures.
