Lionel Carnot serves as a Partner at Earlybird Venture Capital, focusing on investments in Health & Hospital Services, Health IT, Drug Delivery, and Diagnostics companies at Series A and Series B stages. His investment range typically spans from $100K to $5M. Carnot joined Earlybird Health as a Partner in 2012, bringing extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to Earlybird, he was Managing Director at Bay City Capital and held various roles including Product Manager at Eli Lilly and sales and marketing positions at Sanofi. He also worked as a strategy and management consultant to the healthcare industry at Booz Allen & Hamilton. He holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and an MSc in Molecular Biology from the University of Geneva.
