Lena Belogolova serves as Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund, focusing on investments in consumer health, retail, payments, e-commerce, marketplaces, FinTech, health IT, health & hospital services, wellness & fitness, and digital health across seed, Series A, and Series B stages with investment ranges between $200K and $300K. Her professional background includes over a decade of experience in consumer/user behavior experimentation across industries from Wall Street to Silicon Valley, and she is the Founding Partner and Head of Behavioral Science at Intellichanges, where she uses behavioral science to learn from, question, and run experiments on user behavior. Belogolova has previously worked at Facebook in product marketing management and brings deep expertise in consumer behavior analysis to her venture capital role in Los Angeles.
