About Investor

Lawrence Wu is a Principal at Recharge Capital, where he works on thematic investments across areas such as fintech infrastructure, digital assets, healthcare, semiconductor-related platforms and other “value-chain” opportunities. He typically invests from about $250K up to $2.5M, primarily at seed through Series B, in sectors like fintech, e-commerce, marketplaces, enterprise software and real estate/proptech. His role combines research, deal execution and portfolio value creation within Recharge’s concentrated, thesis-driven strategy. Before joining Recharge, he spent several years in financial services and advisory roles, building expertise in corporate finance and capital markets that he now applies on the buy-side.
