Lauren Wedell is currently a Principal at Thomas H. Lee Partners (THL), having previously served as a Vice President on the investment team at Battery Ventures. Her historical investment focus at Battery was on SMB and infrastructure software, SaaS, and cybersecurity-adjacent cloud applications across early-growth to later-stage rounds, with deal participations commonly in the $250K–$60.0M range. She continues to concentrate on software and tech-enabled services at THL, backing businesses that are transitioning into scale-up and buyout territory. Before Battery, she worked at Summit Partners and in investment banking at Evercore, building deep experience in technology M&A and growth equity.
