Lara Lemann is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of MAYA Capital, a sector-agnostic early-stage venture capital firm focused on Latin America, which she launched alongside Monica Saggioro and has grown to more than $140 million across multiple funds. She invests across fintech, SaaS, food and beverage, agtech, health IT, health and hospital services, and e-commerce at the pre-seed, seed, and Series A stages with checks from $100K to $10M. She began her career at the Brazilian Ministry of Education before moving to the corporate social responsibility department at Ambev, where she led the development of new products.
