Laks Srini serves as a Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund, focusing on investments in lodging/hospitality, human capital/HR tech, pharmaceuticals, biotech, real estate/prop tech, FinTech, health & hospital services, health IT, and digital health sectors. He typically invests at the seed and Series A stages with an investment range of $100K - $5.0M. Srini is co-founder and CTO at ZeroDown, and previously was co-founder and CTO at Zenefits where he led and helped expand the business.
