Kyle Rusconi is a co-founder of First In Ventures, a Delaware-based venture firm that invests in early-stage biotech and life sciences companies and provides seed and follow-on capital across biotechnology, healthcare, and medical industries. His investment work sits close to company building, with the firm partnering with accelerator programs and advising portfolio companies from the seed stage. Rusconi began his career on one of Wall Street’s early high-frequency trading desks, and at BNP Paribas and Macquarie he led proprietary trading teams across Asia and North America.
