Kristin Baker Spohn is General Partner at BAM Elevate in San Francisco, heading up healthcare investing at the growth equity firm, having joined in September 2023. Prior to BAM Elevate, she was a General Partner at CRV, where she led health tech investments including Viz.ai (Series B), Wheel (Series A), Power Life Science (Seed), Curve Health, and Waitwhile. Before CRV, she was a Partner at Social Capital. As an operator, she was Chief Commercial Officer at Collective Health (customers included Palantir, SpaceX, Uber) and led finance and investor relations through Castlight Health's NYSE IPO in 2014. She began her career at Goldman Sachs Investment Banking. She is also a Lecturer in Management at Stanford Graduate School of Business. She holds an MBA from Stanford GSB and a BA from Middlebury College.
