Konstantin Stetsenko is a Founder and Managing Partner at ICU Ventures and is based in Kyiv, Ukraine. He focuses on AI, SaaS, enterprise technology, FinTech, and DeepTech companies from the Pre-seed stage through Series A. His investment interests include intelligent technologies, scalable software platforms, enterprise solutions, digital financial products, and advanced technical innovations. Konstantin generally invests between $200K and $5M, with a preferred commitment of approximately $2M. As a lead investor, he contributes directly to company selection, financing decisions, transaction execution, and portfolio strategy. At ICU Ventures, he helps early-stage and developing technology companies commercialize their products and expand into broader markets.
