Kishen Mangat is a General Partner at Boulder Ventures, where he invests in software companies focused on enterprise digital transformation. Before joining Boulder, he co-founded BroadHop, which was acquired by Cisco, and later served as Vice President and General Manager for Mobility and Automation at Cisco. That mix of founder and operator experience gives him deep exposure to telecom software, cloud-native networks, and enterprise infrastructure. He has backed and served on the boards of companies including Spectrum Effect, Symmera, and Opanga.
