About Investor

Kia Nejatian is a Principal at Second Century Ventures, the strategic investment arm of the National Association of Realtors, where he also leads the NAR REACH accelerator programs. His investments concentrate on real estate and property technology from pre-seed through Series A, typically in the $100K to $10.0M range, backing startups that improve how homes and commercial real estate are bought, sold, financed and renovated. In addition to his SCV role, he has served as Executive Director of the REACH program and later joined Revive Real Estate as head of corporate development while remaining a prominent real estate VC. Nejatian’s background includes prior venture roles focused on real estate and construction technology and hands-on work helping proptech startups scale into new markets.
