Khaled Jalanbo serves as Managing Partner at Valia Ventures, focusing on investments in IoT, BioTech, AI, AudioTech, Enterprise Applications, Health & Hospital Services, SaaS, and FinTech companies at pre-seed and seed stages. His investment range typically spans from $100K to $200K. Jalanbo started his career at Barclays Investment Bank consulting for leading technology, media, retail, and aviation companies. Prior to raising Valia's first fund, he was a repeat entrepreneur and angel investor, building and investing in companies across technology, property, and the arts. He leads the firm's investments and serves on the boards of portfolio companies such as Humane, Aarmy, and LiquiGlide. He was born and raised in London by his Syrian parents and holds an M.S. from Columbia University and a B.S. from Boston University.
