He brings 40 years of medical device experience, much of it in quality, regulatory, and clinical affairs, and has been active in the Colorado startup ecosystem for more than two decades. Morningstar co-founded Silverglide Surgical Technologies, which was later sold to Stryker, and he also served as an investor and senior manager at heart valve startup ValveXchange.
