Kevin Koch is a Venture Partner at OrbiMed, where he focuses on investments in Medical Devices, BioTech, and Diagnostics at Seed and Series A stages with an investment range of $1M - $75.0M. Koch has been with OrbiMed since 2016 and brings over 20 years of experience in the life science industry with a focus on drug discovery, translational medicine, and clinical development. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Drug Discovery at Biogen and was President, Chief Scientific Officer, Board member, and Co-Founder of Array BioPharma, Inc. Koch received his B.S. in Chemistry and Biochemistry from State University of New York, Stony Brook, and his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from University of Rochester. He is based in Boulder, Colorado and serves both the San Francisco Bay Area and Colorado/Utah regions.
