About Investor

Kevin Guan is a Managing Director at Bain Capital Private Equity (Asia), where he leads and executes private-equity investments across the region. His investment focus is control and significant minority positions in growth and buyout-stage businesses, particularly in sectors such as digital infrastructure, technology, and services, with deal sizes that commonly land in the $1M–$100.0M range in earlier rounds and much larger at fund level. He has played senior roles on transactions in Asia and has also served in leadership capacities at portfolio companies and platforms. Before joining Bain Capital, he worked in Morgan Stanley’s M&A group and at Silver Lake Partners, and he holds degrees from UC Berkeley and The Wharton School.
