Katrina Barillova Koop is Founder & CEO of Humble Alliance L3C, a for-profit/non-profit hybrid positive-impact enterprise focused on cruelty-free, environmentally friendly, and sustainable solutions, based in Boca Raton, Florida, a role she has held since May 2023. She previously co-founded Aurora Forge and served as Managing Director and Entrepreneur-in-Residence there from 2022 to late 2023, working with seed-stage healthcare startups, and separately served as Managing Director at Global Growth Partners (2021-2024), focusing on investment banking. Her broader background spans AI/ML fintech, security and defense, renewable energy infrastructure, venture development, and impact investing, with prior leadership roles at World Technology Group, RoyalBlue Holdings, Crescent Green Energy Fund, Tatry Capital, Charmed Technology, and Why Not Entertainment. She is also Co-Founder and board member of True Pals Animal Welfare Society, a nonprofit.
