Karen Castelletti serves as Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund, focusing on investments in medical devices, retail, payments, BioTech, e-commerce, marketplaces, FinTech, health services, health IT, and digital health sectors across pre-seed, seed, Series A, and Series B stages with investment ranges between $200K and $300K. Her professional background includes co-founding and serving as Chief Technology Officer at Ever/Body, as well as previously holding the CTO position at Paribus (acquired by Capital One). Castelletti began her career as a Software Engineer at Google and holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Creative Writing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, bringing deep technical expertise and entrepreneurial experience to her investment activities.
