About Investor

Kabir Narang is Founder of Compounding Capital, his new investment platform launched after departing B Capital Group in 2024/2025, focused on bridging long-term global capital pools with exceptional entrepreneurs and category-defining technology companies. Previously, Kabir was a Founding General Partner and co-led B Capital Group's South and Southeast Asia team, having co-founded B Capital in 2015 alongside Eduardo Saverin (Facebook co-founder), Raj Ganguly, and Howard Morgan (First Round Capital co-founder). At B Capital — which grew from inception to $9B+ AUM — he served as the first Chair of B Capital's Global Growth Investment Committee, built the Asia franchise, and led investments in enterprise software and fintech across India, Southeast Asia, and globally, including Icertis, Bizongo, MoEngage, Arta Finance, and Yubi. Prior to B Capital, he was Managing Director at Eight Roads Ventures (Fidelity's VC arm) leading India and Asia technology investments, and before that at Warburg Pincus focusing on Indian tech and financial services. He began his career as a consultant at McKinsey (India) and BCG (Washington D.C.). Kabir holds a BA in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University and an MBA from Oxford University. He is also a passionate photographer.
