Kabir Kumar is a Partner, Ecosystem at Flourish Ventures, an evergreen Washington DC–based fintech investor focusing on seed and Series A rounds, with his latest known investment in Brico. He brings nearly two decades of experience in the financial sector, having led policy and ecosystem building at Omidyar Network, co-founded a World Bank digital finance program, and advised the Indian government on digital financial infrastructure. Kabir holds an M.A. from Syracuse University and a B.A. in Economics from Gettysburg College, and he leverages his global expertise to support entrepreneurs in both the U.S. and emerging markets.
