Jyotsna Krishnan is managing partner at Elevar Equity and leads the firm’s investing strategy and priorities in India while also helping drive global fund performance. Elevar focuses on financial inclusion, education, healthcare, agri-supply chains, and MSME solutions, and says its check sizes range between $2Mn and $5Mn for seed to Series A round. Her investing work has centered on agriculture, MSME services, affordable education, and quality healthcare. Before Elevar, she held leadership roles at HSBC and worked closely with the bank’s India leadership team across business and finance.
