Justin Pierce is a Principal at Bain Capital Real Estate and a member of the platform’s founding team, based in Boston. He focuses on sourcing, structuring and managing real estate and real-estate–backed investments, including operating platforms and joint ventures, with equity commitments that often include smaller venture-style tranches in the $100K–$5.0M range inside much larger deals. His work covers acquisitions, asset management and strategic partnerships across sectors such as proptech-enabled assets, logistics and specialty industrial real estate. He joined Bain Capital Real Estate in 2018 after prior roles in commercial real estate investment and capital markets.
