Julien Pham is the Founder and Managing Partner at Third Culture Capital (3CC), focusing on investments at the intersection of culture and healthcare delivery, with a particular emphasis on medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotech, diagnostics, drug delivery, therapeutics, health IT, digital health, and consumer health companies at the seed stage, with investment ranges typically between $100K and $1M. With over fifteen years of leadership experience in clinical settings and emerging medical technology companies, Dr. Pham is a board-certified Internal Medicine doctor and Nephrologist who received NIH research funding while at Harvard and has published in basic and translational science and health policy fields. He co-founded RubiconMD in 2013, served as Chief Medical Officer, and later led strategy and fundraising for a clinical-stage gene therapy biotechnology company through an IPO in 2018.
