Jules Miller is a Partner at Mindset Ventures, focusing on investments in Web3/blockchain, Web3/crypto, AI, enterprise, enterprise applications, and legal tech companies from seed through Series B stages, with investment ranges typically between $100K and $5.0M. She is an experienced investor and three-time entrepreneur who previously co-founded IBM Blockchain Ventures, launched and ran the IBM Blockchain Accelerator, and led the IBM Blockchain Garage for North America. Jules also co-founded two legal tech companies: Evolve Law (acquired by Breaking Media) and Hire an Esquire, a venture-backed SaaS enabled marketplace, and holds a BA from UCLA and MSc from The London School of Economics.
