Jules Chasles is a venture capitalist and technologist who served as a Principal at Global Ventures in Dubai, working across both investment and value-creation teams. At Global Ventures he typically invested $1M to $5.0M, with a sweet spot around $3.0M, in Series A companies across agtech, logistics and mobility, consumer health, education, SaaS, enterprise applications, fintech, supply-chain tech and web3/blockchain. Earlier he was a venture capital analyst at Outlierz Ventures in Morocco, investing in African tech startups, and has since become a partner at Dopamine, continuing to focus on tech and consumer businesses across MENA. He holds degrees from the University of Warwick, Bocconi, HEC Paris and the CEMS Global Alliance.
