Josh McFarland is a Partner at Greylock Partners, focusing on investments in Cloud Infrastructure, Data Services, and Consumer Internet companies at seed, Series A, and Series B stages. His investment range typically spans from $500K to $200M. McFarland joined Greylock in 2017 and has led investments in Splitwise, Coinbase, and serves as a board director at Ribbon and Payjoy. He is an experienced product leader who co-founded TellApart in 2009 while an entrepreneur in residence at Greylock, growing it into a $150+ million annual revenue business before it was acquired by Twitter for over $500M in 2015. He then served as Twitter's VP of Product overseeing all revenue-generating lines. He began his career working with startups while attending Stanford as a Mayfield Fellow and later worked at Google where he helped found the Adwords API team.
