Josh Manchester founded and manages Champion Hill Labs as General Partner, targeting investments in GovTech, AR/VR, Material Science, ClimateTech/CleanTech, Space, AI, Web3/Crypto, DeepTech, and Generative Tech/AI sectors at pre-seed, seed, and Series A stages with investment ranges from $100K to $10.0M. Manchester established Champion Hill Ventures in 2014 after six years at TrueBridge Capital Partners where he helped manage approximately $2B, and the firm also makes 1-2 later stage SPV investments annually, with particular focus on diverse founders and female founders across multiple geographic regions including Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, Austin, Raleigh-Durham, and London.
