Josh Felker is the Founder and Managing Partner of BoxOne Ventures, the evergreen investment platform he co-founded after building trading and technology businesses. Recent investor profiles place BoxOne’s range at roughly $100K to $5M, with strong activity from pre-seed through Series A across deep tech, biotech, climate, food innovation, and frontier software. Before BoxOne, Felker co-founded Vigilant Global, an early pioneer in FPGA and wireless-based trading infrastructure, later joined DRW as a partner after Vigilant’s acquisition, and also co-founded Nascent.
