Jonė Vaitulevičiūtė is a General Partner and Co-Founder of Firstpick, where she supports early-stage founders across the Baltic region. Based in Vilnius, she focuses on AI, Marketplaces, and FinTech companies at the Pre-seed and Seed stages. She is closely involved in discovering promising teams, assessing their business potential, and helping them establish strong foundations. Firstpick investments under her leadership range from $10K to $1M, with a typical target of around $500K. As a lead investor, she works directly with founders on fundraising, product positioning, and market-entry strategies. She is especially interested in businesses that use technology to simplify transactions or create more efficient digital markets. Her work has made her an active supporter of Lithuania’s growing technology and entrepreneurial community.
