About Investor

Jon Lundt, PhD, is a Principal at Nexus NeuroTech Ventures, a venture capital firm founded in 2023 focused on technologies addressing neurodegenerative, neuropsychiatric, and neurodevelopmental disorders such as Parkinson's disease, bipolar disorder, and autism spectrum disorder, investing from Series A through growth stage. He joined Nexus in 2023, and serves as Board Director for Insightec and Lotus Neuro and Board Observer for Cortica and Beacon Biosignals. He previously was a Senior Associate at RA Capital Management, investing in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, Health & Hospital Services, Health IT, Diagnostics, and Digital Health, and before that completed the Venture Creation Fellowship at Flagship Pioneering and worked at Arboretum Ventures. He holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where his research on histotripsy for noninvasive tumor ablation was licensed by HistoSonics (acquired in 2025 at a valuation over $2B), and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University. He is based in San Francisco, California.
