John Wolff is a managing director at Insight Partners and chief investment officer of Insight Partners Public Equities. At the firm level, Insight says its flagship funds typically invest between $5 million and $500 million+ in a company, with the ability to invest from the earliest institutional check to IPO. Before joining Insight in 2020, Wolff was head of technology investing and a portfolio manager at Omega Advisors, was previously a principal at Andor Capital, and started in Goldman Sachs’ TMT investment banking division after exiting an internet startup he co-founded.
