Joan Heidorn is a Managing Director and Co-Founder at Spur Capital Partners (Oklahoma). Spur is a fund-of-funds investor in venture capital managers, with a strategy anchored in VCs backing companies at the first institutional round (Seed or Series A); her investment range is listed as $100K - $5.0M. She has been involved since Spur’s formation in 2001, serving across the firm’s board, management committee, and investment committee while helping raise successive funds-of-funds. Before Spur, she was COO at Knightsbridge Advisers and earlier worked with venture-backed medical device companies and as a CPA.
