About Investor

Jesse Johnson is the founder of the Telluride Venture Network and was a founding general partner of the Telluride Venture Fund. His investing work has centered on early-stage companies at the intersection of business and the environment, and he also runs YX Capital, a family office fund focused on cleantech. Before that, he founded sustainable design firm Q Collection and worked as a vice president at Jardine Fleming and Robert Fleming, where he helped institutions such as Fidelity, Tiger, and Soros invest in companies across Asia and South Asia.
