Jenny Song is a Principal at Navitas Capital, a venture firm focused on real estate, construction technology and the broader built environment, and is based in the Greater Chicago area. She typically invests $100K–$8.0M, with a sweet spot around $4.0M, backing pre-seed through Series B companies in proptech, construction tech, climate/urban innovation, future of work and smart cities, as well as related enterprise and IoT platforms. At Navitas she has served as a board observer for companies like SwiftConnect and Landed and is active in industry organizations such as the CRETI leadership board. Her prior experience includes management consulting at Bain & Company and she holds an MBA from Stanford GSB, with additional engagement in urban innovation programs like USC’s Lusk Center for Real Estate.
