Jay Choi is a Managing Director at SoftBank Ventures Asia and is based in Seoul, South Korea. He focuses on enterprise technology and AI companies from the Seed stage through Series B. His investment interests include technologies that improve business operations, productivity, automation, data analysis, and decision-making. Jay generally invests between $500K and $10M, with a preferred commitment of approximately $4M. As a lead investor, he contributes directly to company selection, transaction execution, financing decisions, and portfolio strategy. At SoftBank Ventures Asia, he supports enterprise and AI businesses as they strengthen their products and pursue scalable growth.
