Jason Freedman is a Venture Partner at Peak State Ventures, focusing on seed, Series A, and Series B investments in Messaging, Consumer Health, Retail, Robotics, Real Estate/PropTech, Future of Work, Diagnostics, and FinTech with typical investment amounts ranging from $100,000 to $5 million. He has run 4 startups with 3 exits, including FlightCaster (one of the earliest Y Combinator batches), RedisToGO, and 42Floors (which sold to Knotel in 2018). Jason is a 2x alumnus of Y Combinator and holds a bachelor's degree from Duke University and an MBA from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business, now splitting his time between investing at Peak State and working on a new developer tool startup called Changebase.
