About Investor

Jared Cohen is Managing Director at Skyview Ventures, the venture arm of Los Angeles–based investment firm Skyview Capital, where he helps lead the firm’s VC efforts. He invests in consumer health, biotech, media and content, consumer internet, IoT, and enterprise software from pre-seed through Series B, with a typical investment range of $100K to $5.0M. His background is in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs in New York and Credit Suisse and Barclays in Los Angeles, where he executed over $10 billion of M&A and financing transactions across technology, media, telecom, industrial, consumer and real estate sectors. He also spent two years as Vice President of Corporate Development at Triton Media Group, a portfolio company of Oaktree Capital Management, before joining Skyview.
