Jacqueline Blackburn is currently a principal at Decisive Point and previously invested at Scout Ventures. At Scout, the firm focused on frontier and dual-use technologies including AI, machine learning, quantum computing, robotics, security, space and aerospace, and advanced energy, led seed rounds with $2 million to $5 million checks, and reserved capital to follow on through Series B. Blackburn is a United States Naval Academy graduate who led forward-deployed teams in the Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal community, and before venture she worked at J.P. Morgan building out its early-stage technology and disruptive commerce practice.
