About Investor

Jack McGuinness is an Associate at HV Capital, a leading early-stage and growth investor in Europe, focusing on early-stage fintech infrastructure, B2B software, AI, and defence tech from HV's London office. Prior to HV Capital, he spent three years at Battery Ventures on the Industrial Technology and Life Science Tools team, executing buyout and growth-equity transactions and working on investments including steute Technologies, Skalar, and Goodfellow. Earlier in his career, he was an investment analyst handling co-investments at Cambridge Associates in Boston, and completed internships with Atlantic Bridge in Dublin and UBS Private Wealth Management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Cork and an MSc in Finance from UCD Michael Smurfit Business School.
