Ita Ekpoudom serves as Partner at GingerBread Capital in New York, focusing on investments in female-founded and gender-diverse startups across sectors including AI, education, and Health IT from seed through Series B stages. Her investment range typically spans from $100K to $10M. Before joining GingerBread Capital in 2018, Ekpoudom served as Venture Partner at Plum Alley Investments and founded Tigress Ventures, an advisory firm helping women scale their businesses. She began her career at Goldman Sachs as an analyst in Credit Capital Markets and later as an institutional trader, and holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a bachelor's degree from Princeton University.
