Israel Pons is CEO and co-founding partner of Angels Nest LATAM, an angel investment network based in Mexico and one of the most active in Latin America, where he also serves as President of Angels Nest. As an angel and network leader he focuses on seed-stage deals across lodging and hospitality, travel, gaming/eSports, AgTech, data services, marketing tech, cybersecurity, climate/cleantech and fintech in Latin America, with a verified personal investment range of $10K to $1.2M and a typical check around $25K. His career includes founding multiple companies in the UK (three of which were successfully exited), building Angels Nest LATAM to 400+ angels across several countries, creating global pitch platforms such as Pitch at the Beach, and holding board and leadership roles at agri-tech fund E-Uno, Brickhouse Ventures, GBAN, XCALA and other international entrepreneurship bodies.
