About Investor

Isaac "Yitz" Applbaum is Co-Founder and General Partner of MizMaa Ventures, which he co-founded in 2016 to invest in Israeli deep tech companies across AI, mobility, cybersecurity, fintech, and digital health, with checks ranging from $1M to $6M. Before MizMaa, he was a Partner and Managing Director for Israel at Lightspeed Venture Partners, and prior to that a founding General Partner at Opus Capital, where he focused on Israeli investments for the fund. Earlier in his career, Applbaum founded Concorde Solutions Inc. and sold it to Bank of America, where he became a Senior Vice President running the bank's E-ventures group. He holds a BA in Computer Science from Yeshiva University.
