Ilia Shnaidman is the Founder and General Partner of Ole Ventures, an AI-native early stage fund, and also invests as an angel and scout. He typically backs pre-seed and seed companies in SMB software, cybersecurity, developer tools, logistics, SaaS and broader AI, with check sizes around $500K to $5.0M. Previously he was a Vice President at Blumberg Capital, where he focused on early stage infrastructure and security startups. Before that, he held roles at 81 and other technology companies, giving him both operating and investing experience on the software side of the table.
