Ihor Markevych is the Head of Strategy and Innovation at the Ukrainian Startup Fund and is based in Kyiv, Ukraine. He focuses on DeepTech, AI, and hardware companies at the Pre-seed and Seed stages. His investment work centers on technically advanced products, intelligent systems, and innovative physical technologies with commercial potential. Ihor typically invests between $25K and $50K, with a preferred ticket of approximately $50K. As a lead investor, he plays an active role in strategic evaluation, company selection, early funding, and portfolio support. Through the Ukrainian Startup Fund, he helps emerging technology companies refine their products and prepare for future investment.
