Hiro Tien is Co‑Founder & CEO of Viralspace.ai (acquired by Smartly.io) and General Partner at The MBA Fund in Palo Alto, writing checks of $25K–$150K (sweet spot $100K) into seed-stage startups in AI, e‑commerce, SaaS, local services, fashion, social commerce, marketing tech, advertising and future-of-work. His most recent fund investment was The MBA Fund’s participation in mbue’s $1.8M seed round. Before VC, he co‑founded Viralspace.ai, worked in corporate development at Smartly.io and earlier in roles at Google, Box, Uncork Capital, and founded multiple startups in Southeast Asia .
