Hege Tollerud is Head of Community & Events at Brighteye Ventures. Brighteye backs founders building technology for learning, work, and human capability, and its investment approach spans Pre-Seed to Series A with initial cheques of €0.4-4 million. Tollerud leads the firm’s events and communications work, with a focus on creating spaces where the learning and work community can connect and share knowledge. Before joining Brighteye in late 2020, she was CEO of Oslo Edtech Cluster and had already built more than 20 years of experience across communications, media relations, journalism, and community building in Norway, the UK, and China.
