Heather Roxborough is a Senior Partner and Head of HealthTech at Oxford Science Enterprises in Oxford. She leads investment activity across Health and Hospital Services and AI, supporting companies from Seed through Series B. Her work focuses on technologies that can improve healthcare delivery, clinical decisions, patient outcomes, and the efficiency of health systems. She works with investments ranging from $650K to $26M, with a preferred ticket of approximately $6M. As a lead investor, she plays an active role in selecting companies, structuring financing, and helping leadership teams build their growth strategies. Her position allows her to support businesses from their early formation through more advanced stages of expansion.
