Harold Hughes is a Venture Partner at Republic, where he focuses on investments in FinTech and Future of Work companies from Pre-seed through Series B stages with an investment range of $10K - $50K. Hughes is a serial entrepreneur, CEO, and founder of NFNTE Capital and Bandwagon – an analytics and identity management company that uses Blockchain technology. He received his MBA from Clemson University and has become known for his efforts to support founders of color, having co-founded the first token-gated community for Black founders, funders, creators, and community leaders. Hughes is based in Austin, Texas where he actively supports underrepresented entrepreneurs through his investment and advisory activities.
