Hao Chen is the Managing Director and President of Legend Capital, based in Beijing, China. He focuses on Seed-stage companies across enterprise technology, SaaS, ClimateTech, CleanTech, DeepTech, and hardware. His broad investment interests allow him to work with businesses addressing both digital transformation and major industrial challenges. As President and Managing Director, Hao plays an important role in setting the firm’s direction and evaluating strategic investment opportunities. He supports founders as they develop products, establish commercial traction, and prepare for larger stages of growth. Legend Capital invests between $2 million and $80 million, with a typical investment of around $30 million, and Hao is recognized as a lead investor.
